Kaes, Inc. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders placed through www.kaes.com are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will begin processing the next business day.
Once an order has been submitted, it is automatically routed to our fulfillment system and generally cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (United States)
Kaes, Inc. ships orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may include:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 3–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: approximately 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, order weight, and destination. Promotional free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly communicated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Backorders & Split Shipments
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, your order may be delayed until all items are available. In some cases, we may ship items separately at no additional cost to you. Otherwise, you will be fully refunded.
Shipping Delays
Kaes, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be extended.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. Kaes, Inc. cannot predict or control these charges and is required to declare the full value of the shipment.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Kaes, Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kaes, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@getkaes.com and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
Signature Requirements
Signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments based on value, destination, or carrier policies.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited shipping methods. APO/FPO addresses may experience extended delivery times.

Kaes, Inc. reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated “Last Updated” date.
