Who is Kaes Ergo designed for?

Kaes Ergo is for anyone who uses an iPad and wants it to work with their body, not against it. It was designed for the adaptive community, people living with arthritis, tremors, limb differences, and conditions that standard cases ignore. But building for the hardest use case makes something better for everyone. So if you hold an iPad, Ergo was made for you.

What iPad models does it fit?

Kaes Ergo currently fits the iPad 10.9" (10th generation). We’re actively developing support for additional models. More sizes are coming soon.

What does the $1 deposit get me?

It reserves your Ergo and locks in your VIP Kickstarter price of $49 — 50% off the $98 MSRP. Your $1 deposit counts toward your total, so you’ll only owe $48 when you confirm your order after the Kickstarter campaign closes. This price is only available to early reservations and Kickstarter backers. And by reserving early, you help us produce the right number of units — better for everyone, better for the environment.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, anytime. Just email us at support@getkaes.com and we’ll take care of it.

When will my Ergo ship?

Once we launch on Kickstarter, you’ll have 30 days to confirm your order. We estimate shipping 2–4 months after the Kickstarter campaign ends, depending on any accessories you add.

When will I confirm my shipping details?

Right after the Kickstarter campaign closes, we’ll reach out to confirm your shipping details and let you choose any accessories before your order is finalized.

Does Ergo work with other accessories?

Ergo is designed to be the foundation of a broader ecosystem. We are developing a folio cover, keyboard, and additional accessories, all designed to work seamlessly with the same case you’re backing today. More details coming at launch.
