At Kaes, everything we create is designed to make your everyday life more comfortable, natural, and effortless. If your Kaes product isn’t improving your experience, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Risk-Free Returns
You may return any Kaes product within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no questions asked.
To qualify for a return:
- All components and accessories must be included
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
- Email info@getkaes.com with your order number
- Tell us what you’d like to return and why (optional, but helpful)
- We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit once issued.
Shipping charges are fully refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different color or size, we’re happy to help.
Contact info@getkaes.com and our team will assist with an exchange or expedited replacement.
7-year Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Kaes products are covered by a 7-year limited lifetime warranty that protects against manufacturing defects.
If your product has an issue related to materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
Warranty claims do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Cosmetic scratches or blemishes
- Damage from misuse or modifications

To file a warranty claim, contact info@getkaes.com with photos or a short description of the issue.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement immediately.
