Warranty - All Kaes Products

  1. Warranty Coverage (short version)

    1. Your Kaes product is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to products purchased new from getkaes.com or authorized resellers.

    2. What’s Covered:

      1. Repair or replacement with the same or comparable model
    3. What’s Not Covered:

      1. Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, discoloration, fading)
      2. Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquids, crushing)
      3. Misuse, improper installation, or modifications
      4. Cosmetic imperfections from daily use
      5. Damage to your device
      6. Items lost or stolen
      7. Products from unauthorized sellers
    4. To File a Claim:

      1. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect (photos or video may be requested). The warranty applies to the product’s usable life, is non-transferable, and excludes incidental or consequential damages.

    1. Kaes, Inc. warrants that your Kaes product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
    2. This warranty applies only to products purchased new from getkaes.com or an authorized reseller.
    3. This Warranty Covers:

      1. Repair to the Product
      2. Replace the Product with the same model or a comparable model of equal value
    4. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

      1. Normal wear and tear (including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or fading)
      2. Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushing, liquid damage, etc.)
      3. Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or modifications
      4. Cosmetic imperfections from daily use
      5. Damage to any device used with the Product (including your iPhone or iPad)
      6. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
      7. Lost or stolen items
    5. To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

      1. Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or valid transaction record)
      2. A description of the defect
      3. Photos or video clearly showing the issue, when requested
    6. Warranty Limitations:

      1. The lifetime of the Product refers to the expected usable life of the model, not the lifetime of the customer.
      2. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
      3. In no event shall Kaes, Inc. be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including damage to a device or loss of data.
