Warranty Coverage (short version)

Your Kaes product is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to products purchased new from getkaes.com or authorized resellers.

What’s Covered:
- Repair or replacement with the same or comparable model

What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, discoloration, fading)
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquids, crushing)
- Misuse, improper installation, or modifications
- Cosmetic imperfections from daily use
- Damage to your device
- Items lost or stolen
- Products from unauthorized sellers

To File a Claim:
- Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect (photos or video may be requested). The warranty applies to the product’s usable life, is non-transferable, and excludes incidental or consequential damages.

- Kaes, Inc. warrants that your Kaes product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
- This warranty applies only to products purchased new from getkaes.com or an authorized reseller.

This Warranty Covers:
- Repair to the Product
- Replace the Product with the same model or a comparable model of equal value

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear (including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or fading)
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushing, liquid damage, etc.)
- Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or modifications
- Cosmetic imperfections from daily use
- Damage to any device used with the Product (including your iPhone or iPad)
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
- Lost or stolen items

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or valid transaction record)
- A description of the defect
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue, when requested

Warranty Limitations:
- The lifetime of the Product refers to the expected usable life of the model, not the lifetime of the customer.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- In no event shall Kaes, Inc. be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including damage to a device or loss of data.
