When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. At checkout, you can select expedited options based on your location. Shipping rates update automatically.

Where do you ship?

Kaes ships throughout the United States, and international shipping will be available soon.

 Can I change or cancel my order?

What makes Kaes products different?

Every Kaes product is designed around human comfort — not just device protection. From improved magnetic strength on our Perch-compatible cases to the natural curvature and hand-relief built into the Ergo iPad case, we design for ease, versatility, and everyday freedom.

Will the Perch work with my phone?

Yes. Perch was designed to work with nearly all smartphones that have a flat back panel. And large enough to support the size of the product. Included in the packaging is a magnetic ring that attaches to the back of your mobile phone. Perch is MagSafe-compatible and works best with all iPhone models that support MagSafe. iPhones with MagSafe do not require the additional adhesive ring, instead attaches directly to your iPhone with magnets. For best performance, pair it with a Kaes for iPhone, engineered for a stronger magnetic alignment.

Does the Perch stick to non-MagSafe cases?

Yes, with the use of the slim adhesive ring included in the Perch packaging. It is applied to the back of Android and other non-MagSafe phones to provide a magnetic base for Perch to attach to. 

Is the Ergo case heavy?

No. It’s intentionally balanced to support long-term holding without strain. The built-in angles and grip points allow you to hold your iPad more naturally, reducing pressure on your hands and wrists. The result is a lighter feeling than other iPad cases on the market.

Can I use a screen protector with a Kaes case?

Yes. All our cases are compatible with standard screen protectors. 

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Try Kaes risk-free. If your product isn’t making life easier, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Kaes products come with a 7 year limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. Arguably the best warranty in the industry for products of its kind. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

How do I start a return or warranty claim?

MagSafe & Compatibility

Why is the Kaes magnetic connection stronger?

We engineer our cases using a tuned magnet array specifically optimized for Perch. This produces a more balanced, reliable attachment compared to generic MagSafe cases.

Will Perch work with third-party MagSafe accessories?

No — Perch is a MagSafe compatible accessory itself, but will not extend to other accessories.

Do Kaes cases work with wireless charging?

All Kaes MagSafe-enabled iPhone cases support wireless charging, including fast-charge. All iPad cases require cable charge. Perch for iPhone and Android must be removed for full charging capabilities.  

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my Kaes case?

Use a soft cloth with mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Will the materials discolor over time?

Kaes uses premium, UV-resistant materials to help prevent yellowing and wear. With normal use, your case should maintain its appearance for years.
